We provide mentorship, skills, and support to help women in Nigeria unlock their potential and achieve lasting financial independence — one life at a time.
F®UIT Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation based in Lagos, Nigeria. We uphold the principles of leadership, guidance and service — presenting timely, pertinent information to younger women by more experienced women whose fruits are evident for all to see.
"We facilitate an open forum for women to share with each other, supporting their strengths and leadership abilities — through training, service-learning, networking and mentoring."
We inspire and motivate young women to dream big — and make those dreams a reality.
To empower women from diverse backgrounds, fostering development of their strengths and leadership skills. We create a supportive community where every woman is both a learner and a mentor, motivated to amplify her voice and influence in the world — through the philosophy of "each one, reach one, teach one."
To cultivate a vibrant community of women united in the pursuit of personal and collective growth. Through mentorship and collaborative endeavours, we aspire to nurture a generation of women characterised by resilience, determination, and self-assurance — empowering them to inspire change and make a lasting impact.
To "assist" — to give help and support, aiding one another in our homes, churches and communities as sisters. Each woman must become the best version of herself and live her best life. We unlock the unique potential within every woman, recognising that everyone has something valuable to offer.
Through our programs, we build strong female leaders — from schoolgirls to widows, every woman has a place at our table.
Our flagship empowerment programme equipping women — particularly widows — with vocational, entrepreneurial and technology skills to build sustainable livelihoods. Delivered in partnership with the US Consulate General, Lagos, this programme has already transformed hundreds of lives across Lagos.
Regular interactive forums — the heart of F®UIT — where women gather for financial literacy education, mentoring, Bible-based fellowship and mutual encouragement. Open to all women, these sessions are "support" oriented, uplifting every attendee and building a thriving sisterhood across Lagos.
Targeted at young girls and ladies in Secondary schools and Tertiary Institutions. Through open forums with guest speakers, conferences, projects and community service, we give young women a better understanding of the issues they will encounter in life — building confidence, leadership and purpose from an early age.
From networking to skills training, everything we do is designed to ensure no woman is left behind. Our goals are practical, purposeful, and people-centred.
